Pricing & Payment
Q. Do I need to pay a deposit when placing an order?
A. Yes. Once an order is placed, orders above $100 will require a 50% deposit. Deposits can be made by check or through PayPal. Only after a deposit is received will your date be held. Once your product is delivered the balance must be paid in cash.
Q. If I cancel my event, do I get my deposit back?
A. We do not offer refunds. Everything we make is scheduled and handmade from scratch. Once an order is placed, there may be special items that need to be ordered for your event which your deposit is used for.
Q. Do you offer discounts on large orders?
A. No. We do not offer discounts on large orders as every piece is handmade and requires the same amount of time per piece, regardless of order size.
Q. I love your cakes, but I think they are above my budget. What can I do?
A. Let us know your budget along with the number of servings you need, and the theme. We will try to give you other alternatives to accommodate your event.

A. We regularly use top quality flour, dairy and nut products. While we do offer some products without nuts, our products are not produced in a nut free facility. An ingredient list would be supplied upon ordering, though many products used are made in facilities that also produce nuts.
Q. Do you offer dairy or egg free products?
A. Upon request, we will create diary or egg free products. But for severe allergies, please note that we are not a dairy and egg free facility. Our fairy and egg free products are limited and at an additional fee.
Q. Do you offer gluten free products?
A. No. We currently do not offer gluten free products.

A. Four different designs. For example, in one welcome baby cookie set, you could receive: 2 onesie cookies, 2 pacifier cookies, 1 "welcome baby" plaque cookie, and 5 pattern cookies which would complement the set.
Q. Can you make customized cookies (or a cake) based on my illustration?
A. Yes. Please send along your illustrations and the number of cookies needed and a quote will be provided.
Q. Can you provide a picture of the cake before my event?
A. A cake picture cannot generally be provided before the event. Finishing touches on the cake are made the same day as delivery. We try to photograph all cakes before they are delivered.

A. Changes can be made to the design or the quantity two weeks prior to the delivery date.

A. Depending on the complexity, it usually takes between 3 to 5 days from start to finish.

Q. Do you offer delivery?
A. Yes! Delivery is free in Suffolk County.
Q. Can I pick up my order myself?
A. We only offer delivery. This is to ensure the product arrives at its destination without any problems. We can also meet at a location within Suffolk County to avoid delivery charges. You would be given instructions on how to drive with the product to ensure it arrives safely. Please advice us if you plan on traveling with your order so it can be additionally packaged to accommodate you. Upon delivery everything is inspected. We encourage you to make sure you are happy with everything upon delivery. In the unlikely event that you find your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately by phone or email. In order to request a credit or refund, please keep your order for inspection or send the product pictures by email. Your full order may need to be returned us.
